Orders will ship 1-3 business days after you order. UK postage is free on all orders and will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For or UPS.

We ship worldwide and charge a flat rate per order.

Postage to EU is £10 per order

Postage worldwide is £15 per order

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are dissatisfied you may return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us via e-mail that you wish to do this and then return the item in its original saleable condition. Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number from the courier. The cost of any delivery charges for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.

It must reach us within 14 days of the day you advise us that you want to return the item. This right only applies to the original purchaser. We will then refund the purchase price. Original delivery costs will not be refunded. We are unable to issue a refund for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that handmade items vary in colour, shape and design and such variations are not faults of the product. No guarantees are given as to the suitability of any items for any particular use and no responsibility can be accepted by Louise Madzia Ceramics for any such use.

Receipt of damaged goods

If you have received an item which is damaged please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the damaged goods, and we will replace or refund the item.

Unclaimed packages

If you are unable to sign for your order at the time of delivery please note that post offices will only hold your parcel for 14 days before returning the item to the sender. If this occurs we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping.

International Returns

We are not responsible for any customs charges made either on receiving an order or on a return. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.
